Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
I will have spent the day today the 14th at the Christmas Market on the Square. This is the 4th year for this wonderful community event. At this busy time of the year I have to always remind myself that it is not the time to meet everyone else’s expectations, but rather to make sure that I take time to savor the love of my family and friends. Last night I was feeling a bit down, couldn’t really blame it on any thing in particular, but I went to Childrens’ program at the court house. The minute that the kindergarteners’ started singing my heart was filled with joy. I realized that I was smiling from ear to ear.
I miss my friends in Galveston, but I have to say that this is a wonderful community to be a part of. I am blessed in so many ways and I am thankful for that. I wish you, your family & friends Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Love Susan
